Sam's by the Beach


























          While doing a little research about things to do here,  I discovered that L.A. has been hosting "Restaurant Week" called dine L.A. for the past two weeks.  I had first heard about Restaurant Week from my daughter, Allison, who participated in D.C.'s event several years ago.  It's basically a great opportunity to try new restaurants (which in our case, they're all new) and enjoy a three course meal offered at a discounted set price.   The best part is that each course offers three delicious choices (sometimes this can be the most difficult part!)    After looking at numerous menus on line and restaurant reviews, we chose Sam's by the Beach.  So, what did we order?
Course I:  Sam's Trio
Fresh Asparagus Soup



Course II:  Grilled Butter Fish with Citrus Sauce
Course III:  Namoura

Cream Puff with Vanilla Ice Cream & Chocolate Sauce


The food was incredible!  We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at this quaint little restaurant and hope to visit it again during our stay.
